I’m very curious about your sleep routine. I believe you said that you usually wake up around 3:30. Do you stay quiet in bed, or do you usually get up before going back to sleep again? I read somewhere that sleep patterns for most people used to be similar to this, with a break in the early morning hours, and I’m tending toward that as I get older. I wonder how other people deal with those early morning awake hours - get up, or stay quiet.

yes, Carlo is the same first name as the recently canonnized saint, Carlo Acutis (he even looks like an older version of Carlo Acutis)...that is one way to remember that your husband's name is not Spanish (Carlos)...dts/usa
